The Recruitment

Simple and fast process:
  • Applications - The job candidates send their CVs and cover letters. Usually the campaign for certain position lasts a month, unless other is announced in the advertisement or it is constantly open job position.
  • Interviews - аfter passing the initial approval of documents, short listed candidates are contacted for interview or a preliminary phone conversation. The application of the candidate is being discussed and if the position requires it – a practical test is being taken. If it is needed the candidates are invited to second interview.
  • Job offers – If the first two stages are successfully passed the candidate receives a job offer.

The candidates who did not receive a job offer are nevertheless contacted for the results. We keep our right to call back to each job applicant in case we find a suitable position for him/her.
